Cinnamon toast crunch fudge
If you love white chocolate then cinnamon toast crunch fudge is the fudge for you! It’s creamy and sweet with swirls of cinnamon and pockets of crunchy cereal. There’s just something about sugar and cinnamon together, from warm buttery cinnamon toast to a soft snickerdoodle it’s just perfect and comforting. And this is sure to satisfy even your strongest sweet craving!
First prepare your pan- I used an 8-inch square pan and lined it with foil sprayed with nonstick spray.
Make the Fudge
In a medium saucepan combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate, ground cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons of milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth then gently stir in cereal and smooth into prepared pan.
Finish and chill
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Chill until set then remove from pan, peel off foil cut into squares and enjoy the sugar rush!
Cinnamon toast crunch fudge will keep about a week refrigerated in a sealed container.
