Cinnamon toast crunch fudge
A childhood breakfast favorite turned into a creamy sweet dessert!

  1. Line a 8 inch square baking pan with foil and spray with pan spray, set aside.
  2. In sauce pan combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate and 1 teaspoon cinnamon over low heat. Stir until melted.
  3. If mixture feels too thick add heavy cream one tablespoon at a time until it loosens enough to spread.
  4. Stir in cereal and spread into prepared pan.
  5. Mix together sugar and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over top.
  6. Chill 1-2 hours until firm then remove from pan, peel off foil and cut into squares.
